The relatively high milk fat content of 3.5 percent and a calorie value of 65 calories per 100 milliliters seem to prove it: Overweight threatens! Even the low-fat milk is not a low-fat product. Of course it's not that easy. A food does not automatically make fat, but only when it is consumed in quantities that exceed the energy requirement. Instead, a study by the Nutrition Institute at the University of Tennessee showed that a targeted dairy diet boosted fat loss and helped with weight loss. Does milk make you fat or does it help you with the opposite? Just a rumor or maybe a little bit of truth?
